I couldn’t make up my mind today. Originally I was just going to show you the “Gasboy” photo and make some jokes about how this is the long lost cousin of Optimus Prime (doesn’t the text look just like the transformers titles?), and then mention that my wife thinks this is my self-portrait. But the firetruck pics turned out so well that I thought they need to be co-photos of the day. Enjoy.

Today I stumbled across all sorts of awesomeness, but this is the one that strikes me the most. This was so totally random… there were car parts all over the place. Not major ones, this door and a steering wheel were the biggest, but still very odd.

This weekend is Valentine’s day, and little candies like these are going to be overtaking homes and schools all across America. I know our home has already gotten a whole bunch of them for ourselves and for kid’s class valentines.

Almost 2 weeks down, and 50 to go… time for a bit of abstraction. What could it be?

Tonight we got together with good friends for our weekly “small group” meeting. While at their house I noticed these little bear figurines on the fireplace mantle, and thought they’d be a good addition to my collection of daily photos. I thought this little bear had a really fun little personality, and that he needed to be shared with the world, or at least the three of you that know this blog exists :-)
